1. Presentation of the Service
This site (hereinafter referred to as "the Site") is a community platform dedicated to sharing images related to the GTA Online video game. Users can:
- • Create an account
- • Upload screenshots or artistic images related to GTA Online
- • Like, comment and share content posted by other members
- • Participate in a respectful and passionate community around the GTA universe
2. Access to the Service
Use of the Site is free. Registration requires a valid email address and username. The user agrees to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Content posting rules
The user agrees to publish only content that complies with the following rules:
3.1 Allowed content:
- ✓ Images from GTA Online (screenshots, montages, fan-art)
- ✓ Memes, videos or GIFs directly related to GTA Online
- ✓ Screens from multiplayer sessions, vehicles, outfits, missions, etc.
3.2 Strictly prohibited content:
- ✗ Any form of nudity, explicit sexual content or pornographic nature
- ✗ Violent content outside the game context, shocking, discriminatory, racist, homophobic, sexist or inciting hatred
- ✗ Content unrelated to GTA Online
- ✗ Advertisements, spam or promotions of external products/services without authorization
- ✗ Unauthorized use of intellectual property of other persons or entities (including Rockstar Games)
4. Moderation
The Site reserves the right to moderate, delete, hide or restrict access to any content deemed inappropriate, without prior notice. A reporting system allows any user to notify an infraction. In case of recurrence, the user's account may be suspended or deleted.
5. User responsibility
Each user remains solely responsible for the content they publish. By publishing on the Site, they guarantee that they hold the necessary rights (particularly for derivative works or fan-art), and accept that their images may be publicly visible on the platform.
6. Intellectual property
Rights to published images remain the property of their author. However, by posting on the Site, the user grants a non-exclusive, worldwide, and free license to the Site operator to display and promote this content on the platform and its social channels (with credit if possible).
7. Termination and account deletion
Any user can request the deletion of their account at any time via settings or by email. The Site may also suspend an account in case of non-compliance with these T&Cs.
8. Changes to the T&Cs
These conditions may be modified at any time. In case of significant change, users will be informed. Continued use of the Site after modification constitutes acceptance of the new T&Cs.
